Job Description

The IT Hardware - Enterprise Sales role at Ample Technologies involves a variety of responsibilities focused on driving sales for leading brands and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and distributors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for End Points Products including OEMs like HP, DELL, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Dynabook, and Acer.
  • Manage End Points and Monitors Business Unit: Oversee the sales and marketing efforts for endpoints and monitor products.
  • Coordination with Distributors: Maintain close communication and day-to-day engagement with distributors and the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams in the Head Office and regions, including Business Managers (BMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Distributor Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of distributors, focusing on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Implement Brand Strategy: Execute localized initiatives to drive sales targets and increase market share.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with OEMs to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competition analysis and develop brand-wise strategies to improve market position.
  • P&L Management: Focus on profit and loss management by tracking performance across OEMs and regions.
