Job Description:

Are you ready to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey? As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role as a ReactJS Developer will be to dive deep into customer challenges, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate their deployment, ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Address customer issues, diagnosing problems and designing innovative solutions.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to solution design and own parts of the proposal document based on your expertise.
• Product Configuration: Plan and configure products according to design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist with queries on requirements.
• Demonstrations: Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Concept) workshops, and prepare budget-aligned effort estimates.
• Project Leadership: Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives, delivering high-quality solutions to customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop value-creating strategies to enable client innovation and growth.
• Knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Utilize logical thinking and problem-solving skills while collaborating.
• Understand financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend technology solutions.
• Demonstrate strong client interfacing and project/team management skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Back End Developer, preferably with expertise in ReactJS. Strong understanding of software development best practices and excellent communication skills.
